Learn Nei Yang Gong Qigong, Inner Nourishing Qigong, and Taijiquan

(Tai Chi, Yang Style 24), Beginners Tai Chi, in the heart of Montana at

Dancing Dreamer's Retreat Center. All of our Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Tai Chi Programs are modeled after the programs at Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital Program in Hebei China. All of our instructors have training at the Medical Qigong Hospital in China and are approved instructors with Dr. Liu Yafei!

Enjoy Mud Creek Spa, featuring a

Traditional Finnish Steam Bath House and North Star Labyrinth,

where one can emerge into nature creating harmony and inner balance.

We will visit Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, and the

Ten Lakes Scenic Area in the Kootenay National Forest.

"Healing the Heart"
Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center, Eureka, Montana

Small group oriented, you will learn the first 12 forms of Nei Yang Gong Qigong, Inner Nourishing Qigong. Optional classes in Beginners Tai Chi, Yang Style 24. A special emphasis will be on nourishing the blood for women, at all stages of life, and nourishing the qi for men.

As part of this retreat we will visit Waterton Glacier International Peace Park, located in both Montana and Canada. Please call for early registration! Nourishing our body, mind and spirit with Longevity Qigong, the second 12 forms of Nei Yang Gong Qigong, Inner Nourishing Qigong. Optional classes in Beginners Tai Chi, Yang Style 24. A special emphasis will be on Jing Gong, Quiessant Qigong.
