Medical Qigong and Taijiquan in the Heart of China

June 13 to July 4, 2010

Beijing Tour

June 7 to June 12, 2010

 

This year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. will sponsor our

14th annual study program for Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Taijiquan at

Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital

where we will stay for our 21 day program in medical qigong,

Nei Yang Gong Qigong, and optional programs in taijiquan,

Yang Style 24 and taijijian, sword, Yang Style 32.

Monday through Friday we will have classes 4 hours a day intermittently

with Dr. Liu Yafei, Master Feng Yijian, Ms. Zhouli, and Dr. Xiao in

Taijiquan, Nei Yang Gong Qigong, Internal Qigong (Quiescent Qigong),

Women's Qigong (Nu Zi Qigong) and Qigong Massage. You may also

elect to have medical qigong treatments, acupuncture and herbal tonics.

All group participates will receive a certificate from Hebei Medical Qigong

School and Hospital stating the number of hours that they have trained and

what they have trained in. Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital is

the only approved Medical Qigong Training Base in China. Our departure

date is Sunday, July 4, 2010.

When we are not in training and on Saturdays, group participates will

havetime to explore the local area including shopping, biking and

swimming. On Sundays we will take excursions to the Old Dragon Head,

the beginning of the Great Wall, Longevity Mountain, Kuan Yin Temple

and to the First Pass Under Heaven.

In addition to our study tour, we will offer

additional days in Beijing tovisit the cultural sites and shopping.

For those wanting to do this part of the

tour you would need to arrive in Beijing on June 7, 2010.

Some of the areas we would be visiting would be

Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Tiamen

Square, White Cloud Temple, and of course Purple Bamboo Park. We will

also attend a dinner theatre experiencing Kunqu Opera and take the

"Greatest Walk in Beijing". There is an

additional charge for the Beijing portion of this trip.
